- Immediate start available|Excellent opportunities for development
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Leading the onboarding process
- Maintaining and updating all employee records
- Providing HR related support and advice to employees in conjunction with an external HR consultancy service
- Absence management
- Managing low level employee relations cases
- Insurance administration
- Facilities management
- Managing company health and safety
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment
- Providing day to day support to the Managing Director
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
- A proven track record within a busy administrative or HR team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
- A competitive salary of up to £30,000
- Working hours - Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
