With its extensive global network, the company, is a fast-growing business in the freight forwarding sector, servicing both domestic and international shipments. Owing to the company’s growth, a qualified Mandarin-speaking applicant is needed to work full-time at its Chelmsford office. Job Requirements: Mandarin and English language proficiency. Excellent hearing and cognitive ability for speedy information processing. 5 GCSEs or comparable exams with a C or above. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications. Capacity to work both alone and in teams while remaining motivated. Recognize the significance of data security and privacy. HR Management academic background (preferred). CIPD level 3 or higher qualification (preferred). 1 year of HR experience (preferred). In the workplace, appear presentable and professional. Capability to enter data and pay attention to detail. Before beginning work, commute often or plan to relocate to Chelmsford (required). Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Drafting and distributing contracts for permanent, ad hoc, and limited-term employment. Keeping track of time sheets and attendance, then using that information to determine employee compensation before forwarding the results to our external payroll provider. Actively seeking new employees to aid with business growth. Maintain all human resource systems and put training and development programmes in place for each department. When necessary, manage official actions with the assistance of the company’s third-party HR consultant. Liaison with the China office.
