It seeks to hire a bilingual person to fill this position. Job Requirements: Understanding of the PBSA. Previous management experience with a preventative maintenance program. Experience in a similar setting with a track record of producing results is required. Fluency in both English and Mandarin. Authorised to work in the UK. Professional and Courteous. Outstanding communication abilities. The ability to remain composed under stressful events or in a high-traffic setting. Encourages trust and dedication. Manages priorities and accepts accountability for results. Results-oriented. Intermediate understanding of MS Office suite and experience utilizing web portals. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Issue and process PO and Invoices. Assist with unsigned leases per the business’s policy. Facilitate the Booking and Allotment Process. Replying to or re-directing all emails/questions as soon as possible. Assisting the Manager with the Outstanding Debt Report. Releasing Debt Notes and Referrals in accordance with Company Policy. Assist the Manager in efficiently scheduling required PPM work in accordance with business demands and within budget. Accompany the Manager with contractor site inspections, ensuring that all paperwork for the Health & Safety Passports has been produced and that all contractor activities are carried out safely and under company policies/service arrangements. Keep the building tidy at all times. Assisting in the achievement of the company’s business KPIs. Maintain vigilance and awareness of all health and safety issues. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all areas have strong communication; be proactive and available to assist other teams as needed. Have a drive and aptitude to develop your knowledge and talents through ongoing training, and complete all mandated online training as needed (e.g. fire aid, health and safety, GDPR). Collaborate with people from various backgrounds, cultures, and countries as part of a diverse team. Any ad hoc duties that have been allocated. It is possible that travel will be necessary.
