About Our Client

The business if looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 month FTC. This role is to support the Head of HR to implement new process and procedure. This is a great opportunity to showcase project work on your CV.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Supporting the head of HR on policy and procedure renewal
  • Advice and coach the management team on the performance management, new policy and procedure, development on people management
  • Work in collaboration with the HR team to develop HR strategic role within the company
  • Ad hoc project work along side the Head of HR

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience working within a similar role
  • Experience of managing a demanding caseload
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Experience of working in fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • CIPD qualification (Desirable)
