My client is seeking and experienced HR Advisor with experience in all aspects of generalist HR including managing ER, HR MI Systems and reporting

Role

  • Provide first line HR advice ranging from holiday calculations, maternity queries, disciplinary and grievance processes and redundancies
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance processes including investigations and appeals investigations to appeals
  • Performance management for sickness and absence
  • Review employment documentation ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice
  • Recruitment activity including interviewing, selection processes and pre-screening
  • Collate of payroll data for new joiners, leavers and changes to the Payroll Team
  • On and off boarding process
  • Collation of HR MI reports
  • Carry out system administration including maintenance system testing and data integrity
  • All other ad-hoc projects

Skills

  • Previous HR Advisor experience including ER
  • HR Degree preferably but no essential
  • Experience of HR Management systems
  • Reporting and analysing of HR MI
  • GDPR knowledge
