My client based in Winnersh is looking for a temporary HR Advisor who has experience in supporting medium-sized businesses. If you enjoy working closely with the Head of HR and wider HR team, directly supporting change management, employee relations and providing first-class HR support to leadership teams, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience on a temporary basis.Person Specification* Previous experience as an HR Advisor in a medium-sized organisation* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion* Effective communication and interpersonal skills* Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations* Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and work with stakeholders at all levels (front-line staff to senior managers)* Up to date on current legislation and best practice in HR* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capacity to learn new HR software
