- Support and manage employee development.
- Manage Employee Welfare
- Support and Assist H&S Committee Actions
- Maintain employee files & HR systems
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Deliver inductions and in house training.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and changes in employment law.
- Responding to HR queries and managing all aspects of issues across the employee lifecycle and supporting the wider HR team with their business responsibilities
- To manage ad-hoc projects as required by the Head of HR
- To support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that these are up to date and relevant
- Strong administration skills: letter writing, organisation and tracking of processes
- Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Good attention to detail
- Work on your own initiative to ensure continued improvements within HR function
- Good knowledge and experience of MS Office packages e.g. Office 365, word, excel and powerpoint, including creating and formatting documents
- A team player but capable of working effectively on own initiative with minimum support
- Pro-active and personable individual with excellent communication skills
- General UK Employment law knowledge (Desired)
- Minimum of 2 years HR advisory experience (Desired)
