Customer Experience Associate III - Social Media Specialist - French with English language

The functional area of this role focuses on our end users. Overall, we want to connect people looking for help or education in social media channels. We provide the best experience we can by resolving issues, listening to feedback and participating in discussions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • You will be the voice of support by communicating with customers on Play Store Reviews, Twitter & Facebook
  • You will be trained on free products EG Maps, Chrome, Search & Assistant
  • You will track trends/feedback for the products you support.
  • Youwill encourage more people to interact and participate in online communities.
  • You will troubleshoot with users and process suggestions, bugs, and other information to ensure we are constantly improving the user experience.
  • You will optimize content so that it is more engaging for the users.

What We’re Looking For
  • Impeccable grammar, strong attention to detail, and the ability to write in a brand’s voice
  • Experience in Social Media customer support and/or general understanding of the Social Medialandscape .
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking andorganisational
  • A passion for all things digital.
