We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join an industry-leading business, and one of the largest providers within their sector, to provide HR support to managers and colleagues across a multisite operation.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR and ER queries, providing support, coaching, and guidance for line managers. You’ll be comfortable managing an ER caseload, and knowledgeable on HR policy, practices, and procedures.

What You’ll Need….
  • Experience in employee relations - Disciplinary / Grievance / Absence Management / Performance.
  • The ability to develop and advise on policies, procedures, and processes.
  • An understanding of recruitment and onboarding.
  • CIPD qualified Level 5 is desirable but not essential.
  • This role will require some flexibility to travel within the UK
