HR Advisor - Hybrid

Location: Chorley Salary: £30k

The Role

Whilst working in the HR team to support the business, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing ER caseload, with a focus on absence review
  • Supporting on recruitment within the company
  • Performing exit interviews to leavers
  • Assisting with HR projects alongside the HR team
  • Managing family cases

Requirements

Experience:

  • CIPD level 5
  • Experience in advising on policies and ER cases
  • Manufacturing background

Qualities:

  • Personable character
