Together, we will foster a positive work environment where all employees feel supported and empowered.What You Will Be DoingAs an HR Adviser, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and expertise in employee relations and people management to provide invaluable advice and guidance to our managers. To work alongside managers across the business and external customers, you will provide professional, outcome-focused HR advice and support, enabling appropriate and pragmatic business-centred solutions. Your role will promote the effective management of people issues and foster a culture of management self-service, driving improvement in organisational performance.Through coaching, mentoring, and mediation when necessary, you will empower managers to feel confident and capable of supporting their employees and making informed decisions. You will offer viable options and identify potential risks, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with our policies.Working collaboratively with the People Management Practice team, you will help develop policies based on your first-hand understanding of what happens on the ground. Additionally, you will deliver comprehensive training sessions for our people managers, using a variety of face-to-face and digital methods, catering to both individual and group needs.Delivering a high-end service to our customers will be at the heart of your role, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.About YouWe are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running and thrive in a higher-level role. You should hold a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, in addition to relevant experience.Your broad range of experience across employee relations casework management will demonstrate your ability to handle complex matters, interpret information and data, and make sound judgments. Your adaptability will shine through as you quickly learn and accommodate diverse customer needs and navigate varying policies. With minimal supervision, you will demonstrate your self-motivation and ability to work independently.Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with managers at all levels and ideally with Trade Unions.
