HR Administrator- Criterion Hospitality

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate HR Administrator to be part of the HR Team at Criterion Hospitality.

Criterion Hospitality and Criterion Capital have built over a £4 billion property estate. We are renown for super prime properties centred around London’s iconic Leicester Square through to Piccadilly Circus.

With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.

As HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

· ensuring all files are up to date and the HR systems are updated regularly, assist the HR Team, Employees and Managers with queries.

· Administration

· Manage Absence record keeping within HRIS and Payroll.

· To assist the HR department with monthly reporting requirements.

· Employee file maintenance including audit

· Recruitment

· Advertise position in Job Boards

· Screen candidates and Support the In-House Recruiter

· Organise interviews

· Prepare Offer Letters and Contract of Employment

· Organise and conduct Company Induction
