HR Administrator - Nantwich Permanent £18,422 - 19,408 per annum We are currently supporting a fantastic organisation in the Northwest. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join their busy full time team on a permanent basis. The successful HR Administrator / Assistant will provide a comprehensive administration and support service to the Human Resources team across all aspects of HR activity including recruitment, contractual changes, HR systems, training and development and general HR advice. Key Responsibilities as a HR Administrator: Act as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, emails and visitors to the HR office. Co-ordinate the recruitment administration process for all College vacancies. Ensure all recruitment paperwork and authorisation processes are in place, advertise vacancies via iTrent and external sites, ensure shortlisting information is produced and passed to appropriate managers in a timely manner, provide administrative support to assessment centres and play an active role when required, and produce recruitment statistics and reports. Provide advice to line managers on HR recruitment processes including advertising and assessment centre options, recruitment method/time scale, interview panel guidance, and general HR policies and procedures.Skills required: Level 2 Maths & English or equivalent IT skills in MS office Applications Demonstrable evidence of a high standard of customer service Demonstrable experience of building effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels of the business Strong communication skills Experience of working within a HR team (desirable) Experience of recruitment administration from advert to on-boarding Demonstrable evidence of a flexible approach to work Self-motivated with ability to motivate others Ability to work effectively in a busy team Proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload against changing needs Outstanding organisational and time management skills Attention to detail Proven ability to explain complex information clearly Proven ability to proactively manage multiple activities Proven ability to think ahead and adopt a solution focused approach Ability to learn quickly and carry a large and varied workload Awareness of value for money and principles of good budget management
