H9 Human Resources are partnering with a brilliant not-for-profit organisation in North Liverpool seeking a Head of HR for a permanent role.

This is an organisation with a great culture who make a hugely positive impact on the local community.

A true generalist HR leadership position in a great organisation

The Role Includes

The role will lead and develop a compliant and professional HR function that enables the organisation to achieve its strategic aims by recruiting, managing and developing a skilled and engaged workforce and to be the ’Employer of Choice’.

The Head of HR will provide HR leadership on all matters relating to people, including learning & development and wellbeing. You will oversee all strategic and operational HR activities and manage a small HR team.

The Head of HR will lead on various projects and pieces of work including, TUPE programs, development of a strong organisational culture and values, workforce planning and digitalisation of HR processes.

Candidates will need to able to attend head office in North Liverpool 5 days per week.

The position comes with a salary of £50,000pa
