An amazing opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join an organisation that offers care and support for children and young people within residential homes in Merseyside area.

Founded in 2013 our organisation has grown, and we currently have 44 employees across 6 sites. Based in our Fazakerley Head Office you will be responsible for the HR Function, reporting to the Service Director.

Responsibilities

As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

· Recruitment of all level positions, including advertising, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging interviews assisting with screening and interviews.

· Onboarding including preparation of HR documents including offer letters and contracts, applying for DBS checks and references, and participating in induction training

· Producing and maintaining accurate HR records using People HR

· Attending and minute taking HR meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings

· Keeping HR policy and procedures up to date

· Providing advice to managers and employees on all HR related enquiries

· Administering payroll

· Arranging training

Requirements

· Experience in a similar role

· Proficient user of Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of Employment Law and Employee Relations

· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Enhanced DBS Check

Desirable

· CIPD Qualified

· Experience of using People HR and Rota Cloud

· Payroll experience

· Knowledge of Children’s Social Care
