WE Talent are working with our client who are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract basis.

This is an ideal role for a candidate who thrives under a busy and varied workload, you will be working within a small team to support with HR and Recruitment Administration

Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries via phone, email and face to face
  • Monitor, delegate and respond to the team inboxes
  • Support with onboarding
  • Keep the HR database up to date
  • Complete compliance and pre-screening to include referencing and DBS checks
  • Recruitment administration including arranging interviews and liaising with hiring line managers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR Administration is preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills (internal and external)
  • A confident communicator able to converse with all levels of seniority
  • Able to work with a high degree of confidentiality
  • A confident user of technology
