About our People Services Team:

People Services is an international department within our global HR organization. It consists of 25 people and is the first point of contact for questions concerning our global and local HR policies, processes, and benefits. It focusses on a vast array or tasks and responsibilities, including all administrative actions relating to our “hire to retire” processes, but also knowledge management of our HR policies, HR reporting and so much more. By working in the People Services team, you are in the centre of all facets and stakeholders of HR, offering a range of challenges and development opportunities.

Job Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, who wants to contribute to the daily work of our People Services team. You will process a wide range of administrative tasks from the execution of the payroll administration and applicable labour conditions. In addition, you are the point of contact for questions about our local and global HR policies and procedures. You hereby inform our (international) employees and handle questions raised via our centralized knowledge and case management system. You will be given the opportunity to build up global knowledge and experience within a wide variety of HR administrative and advisory tasks relating to all our current employee benefits, processes, and salary payments, however your main focus will be on UK related topics.

There are also possibilities to take on specific projects, which increases the overall services of our department. These projects can range from optimizing our knowledge base application by analysing requests and questions from our clients or make improvements to our (digital) work processes, to assisting in setting up our new chatbot. The specifics and content of possible projects will be determined together based on organisation needs and your personal interests.

What will you be doing?
  • Accurate and smooth handling of incoming HR related questions;
  • The daily administrative processing of a wide variety of data changes in our HR core system;
  • Drawing up (contractual) documentation related to employment contracts and labour conditions (e.g. employment contracts, confirmations of job appointments, application of individual terms of employment);
  • Execution and support in our annual cycle and/or one-off HR processes for the countries we serve;
  • Communicating and collaborating with our stakeholders such as managers, employees, people relations partners, subject matter experts;
  • Contributing to the quality of our service delivery and enhancing employee experience by identifying improvements in our (automated) work processes and knowledge articles;

Who are you?

We are looking for an energetic and fun colleague who gets satisfaction from the professional handling of the daily flow of HR related questions and data changes.

In addition you will bring:
  • 3 years, or more, relevant work experience;
  • Full time availability
  • Fluent in English, verbal and in writing (having basic knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus);
  • Familiar with the standard Microsoft Office package;
  • You have a positive, inquisitive and client servicing attitude who is able to work under pressure, is a team player and wants to have fun!
