We’re a fast growing IT consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Data Analytics, DevOps, and Customer Experience.

As part of our growth we have a 12 month’s maternity cover position for a HR Administrator to work in our Glasgow office. The role will be to provide support to a busy HR team on an ongoing basis, providing administrative support to ensure the HR team delivers a comprehensive and professional Human Resources service which fully meets the requirements of the business and contributes to achieving the HR department’s objectives.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Respond to queries raised by employees and managers in all areas related to generalist HR matters (such as absence, salaries, performance) in line with existing policies and procedures.
  • Carry-out all required administrative tasks to ensure effective and timely pre- and on-boarding for new staff. Respond to all subsequent questions raised to ensure a professional image of the Company is projected.
  • Ensure the JML process for all starters and leavers is followed at all times making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
  • Provide support to the HR Advisor and Senior HR Advisor’s to ensure all policies and HR processes are up-to-date and in line with the latest legislation.
  • Undertake training of managers to ensure our people management practices and processes are understood and maintained.
  • Input and update HR records on all internal systems for joiners, movers and leavers ensuring accuracy and timeliness of input and in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Ensure all electronic filing is up to date at all times to ensure accuracy and currency of all HR records.


You will need to ensure you:


  • Have previous experience in an administration role within a fast paced environment.
  • Have planning and prioritising skills with the ability to progress multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Are IT literate and proficient in the use of MS-Office.
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work independently and within a team.
