Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant ready to take on a new challenge?

We’re hiring for a full-time position in our Livingston office!

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll provide crucial administrative support to our solicitors and paralegals, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Quick learner for law-practice management software
  • Confident, organised, and a great communicator
  • At least two years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Flexibility and teamwork abilities
