We are offering a Full Time Permanent role for a Housing Assistant to work with Housing Officers and Housing Managers in the essential day to day administration within Supported Living. You will be part of a committed agile team providing effective housing management and specialised supported housing to tenants in the UK.

WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?

The person we are looking for will be passionate about delivering customer-focused services, with an understanding of the needs of our tenants and will share our company vision and values. This is an important and rewarding role within our Supported Living Team and the successful candidate must have excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills, lots of enthusiasm and a flexible approach to work, problem solving and the ability to use their own initiative.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This role has a number of core objectives including: -

  • Assist in the management of supported living properties
  • Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls into Reside with Progress from support agencies, tenants or their representatives
  • Provide information requested by other teams such as Legal, Purchasing, Income Collection Team and Compliance
  • Liaising with local authorities, service commissioners and support agencies as required
  • Inputting and maintaining tenant and property records
  • Administration work for supported living Housing Officers and Housing Managers
  • Providing office cover at our Leeds office and ensure essential Health & Safety checks are carried out
