TEACHER OF L3 TRAVEL AND TOURISM

MATERNITY COVER (HEREFORD CAMPUS)

£23.66 - £26.15 per hour (including holiday pay).

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a first-class professional to work with our L3 Travel and Tourism groups for 8 hours per week. The successful applicant will be expected to prepare, teach and assess full time students on the L3 BTEC RQF Travel and Tourism courses for 4 hours on a Monday and 4 hours on a Wednesday, from the start of the new academic year.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the subject, able to create stimulating learning activities that engage, motivate and develop learners, whilst encouraging independence and learner autonomy. A recognised teaching qualification and current, relevant, industrial experience are highly desirable.

The College’s student-centred approach to teaching and learning means you will need good classroom management skills and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately at all levels. Additionally, as a member of a hard working team, a flexible approach with a desire to share good practice and contribute fully to the day-to-day life of the College is essential.
