We’re looking for a Hotel Operations Manager to join the team in Warwick Castle.
About The Role
Delivering exceptional standards throughout the Warwick Castle Lodges, Glamping & Tower Suites Accommodation offerings. Managing the day to day hotel operation and acting as a role model in creating a passionate customer focus and operational efficiency within the accommodation offerings.
About You
Strong Management experience of leading a varied team
Experience working in the Hospitality/Leisure industry
Excellent communication with internal peers and guests
Experience of delivering key KPIs
Experience of managing and developing a commercial area to meet sales and cost targets
Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience
This is a Permanent role. Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays. Shifts patterns Am; 7am-3pm and PM; 3PM-11PM.
