We are looking for a hospitality & eventstelesales superstar to join our team.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in telesales within the hospitality industry, as the role is split between selling job vacancy adverts, confirming guests to attend events and coordinating chefs to teach at colleges throughout the UK.

A bubbly and friendly personality is a must!

Speaking to chefs and hospitality professionals, all over the UK, the role also serves to conduct market research and surveys on behalf of marketing clients as an when required, e.g. asking chefs what they think about a certain ingredient and how they use it in recipes or finding out what catering equipment they have in their kitchen and inviting them to new product launches or equipment demonstrations.

The key attributes required for the role are:

  • Relationship building
  • Business development
  • A basic level of sales training – This will be built upon
  • A good knowledge of IT skills - Word, Excel and social media use
  • Educated to A Level or NVQ Level 3
  • A knowledge of the hospitality industry

The job role includes:

  • Assisting the team with event coordination as and when required
  • Booking chefs for demonstrations and guest chef lectures in colleges across the UK
  • Organising recipe cards and ingredients list
  • Selling job vacancy adverts
  • Updating various databases

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
