Supplies and Stores Coordinator | Finance | Competitive Salary plus excellent benefits | Cardiff | Full Time - Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supplies Coordinator with proven experience, to join our dynamic Finance Team located in our Cardiff Hospital on a Full-Time and permanent basis.

  • You will support the Supplies Manager in providing a reliable supplies ordering system, including medical consumables, for the hospital as a whole following the procedures outlined within the SAP Materials Management module.
  • As a Stores Coordinator, a key element of your role will be placing local purchase orders, receipting in of goods onto SAP and clearing invoices for payment.
  • You will assist in the quarterly prosthesis and twice-yearly consumables stocktakes throughout the hospital whilst also ensuring that the Spire ordering process is followed correctly
  • You will continually strive to improve the service offered by the Supplies department in order to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted running of all departments.

Who we’re looking for

  • Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
  • Previous responsibility working within a supply chain environment would be advantageous
  • Must be a good communicator and have good computer literacy, SAP experience is preferred, however, not essential
