Prospero Health and Social Care are seeking domiciliary care workers to assist in the delivery of care across the Caerphilly area of South Wales.

No experience is required for this position, instead we look for the following:
  • A person that is passionate about improving the lives of the most vulnerable in society.
  • someone who is empathetic and compassionate about those they care for.
  • A person that can solve problems and think on their feet.
  • A driver is preferred for this position but we have Community Support Worker positions for those that are unable to drive.
  • A candidate with the right to work in the UK.
The position of Domiciliary Care Worker will involve travelling from client to client in the community and to provide personal care that typically involves household tasks that the client is unable to complete, personal care (hoisting, washing, changing clothes, toileting and assisting with medication), making social calls and providing support and companionship.
