Are you an HGV driver fed up with not knowing when you’re working next? Do you want the security of a full time, permanent role? Then look no further! Here at XPO we want to support you!


Pay, benefits and more.


You’ll be supporting us with one of our contract working on the day shift. The roles are across our network and not multi-drop. Hours are Monday to Friday 5am starts with addiional over time available on weekends. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate.


Guarantee 50 hours pay.

Over 50 hours at time and half.

Saturday time and half

Sunday double

approx £42,249.35 PA


What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Making drops across our dedicated network
  • You will know your work pattern weeks in advance
  • Permanent job
  • Loads tipped by clients


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement),
  • You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
  • A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
