We are looking for a part-time Helpdesk Administrator to join our Building Services team to support Royal Papworth Hospital, on a work from home basis.
The role will be to deliver outstanding customer service as part of the Royal Papworth Helpdesk for Hard and Soft Facilities Management including handling large call and email volumes from the Helpdesk Users, including logging requests on our Computer Aided Faculties Management (CAFM) System to a high level of accuracy.
The working hours for this role will be Saturday and Sunday 10am or 10:30am start, 8 hours a day, based working from home.
You’ll:
- Provide administration of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations including the management of job cards and production of reports to assist the On-Site Operations Team.
- Helping Subcontractors and Suppliers whilst on site, and remotely including electronic correspondence.
- Proactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate) to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is always maintained.
- Assist in the collating of and production of reports as required by Helpdesk and Administration Manager including the Monthly Performance Report.
We’re looking for:
- Previous facilities management, helpdesk administrator experience
- Good basic knowledge of computers and software.
- Previous customer experience, able to provide a professional and supportive Customer Service
- Maintain accurate data records.
