Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent full-time role working nights 37.5 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7, between 20:00 and 07:15.


The role:

  • To provide a customer focused Helpdesk service, supporting the needs of the Hospital, dealing accurately with all client/customer requests and managing all complaints in a sensitive and efficient manner
  • To receive calls in hours and out of hours with professional manner
  • To support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete
  • To provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs
  • To provide administration support to the department
  • Working nights 37.5 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7, between 20:00 and 07:15 – please enquire for details of full shift pattern.


The person:

  • Must have experience of providing excellent customer service ideally on a helpdesk
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Ability to multi task in a busy work environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role is desirable
  • Previous experience of using a Computer Aided Facilities Management - CAFM system (in this case Maximo) is desirable
