Helpdesk Administrator

Rochester

£18,000 - £19,000 pa

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm & 9am-6pm rota

Joining a busy helpdesk department, this role as Helpdesk Administrator includes talking to clients and allocating engineers and subcontractors for emergency repairs on commercial properties

The role of Helpdesk Administrator includes:-

  • Taking details of emergency repairs, either via phone or email
  • Updating the inhouse systems with information
  • Working with subcontractors of specialist trades to arrange attendance
  • Keeping clients and engineers updated with progress
  • Closing jobs once complete, to ensure invoices can be issued
To be considered for the role of Helpdesk Administrator, candidates should have:-

  • Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced, reactive department
  • Experience of talking to clients, and taking relevant information to achieve a solution
  • Strong customer service and administration skills, as well as the ability to organise and prioritise
This role also has a requirement to provide out of hours cover once per month, which is paid as extra
