£18,000 - £19,000 pa
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm & 9am-6pm rota
Joining a busy helpdesk department, this role as Helpdesk Administrator includes talking to clients and allocating engineers and subcontractors for emergency repairs on commercial properties
The role of Helpdesk Administrator includes:-
- Taking details of emergency repairs, either via phone or email
- Updating the inhouse systems with information
- Working with subcontractors of specialist trades to arrange attendance
- Keeping clients and engineers updated with progress
- Closing jobs once complete, to ensure invoices can be issued
- Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced, reactive department
- Experience of talking to clients, and taking relevant information to achieve a solution
- Strong customer service and administration skills, as well as the ability to organise and prioritise
