Freelance Healthcare Trainers needed

Nurses and Paramedics

The Health & Safety Group is the leading provider of Mandatory & CPD training in the UK. We deliver classroom training to healthcare professionals and private organisations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career with a successful training company offering generous rates of pay.

We are now recruiting trainers with a qualified healthcare background (eg. nursing / paramedic) to deliver the following courses:

· Mandatory training courses (including practical Basic Life Support and Moving & Handling)

· People Moving and Handling – Train the Trainer courses in-house to our clients such as NHSP, hospitals, care homes & schools, as well as Manual Handling to offices and warehouses

· CPD training (including Venepuncture & Cannulation, Medication Administration, Mental Health Awareness, Safeguarding Adults)

Essential requirements

· Have your own car (preferred) and a willingness to travel

· Be available to train for us at least 2 days a week

· Have your own laptop

· Be well presented and professional

· Have a passion for training!

Qualifications required

· A qualified nurse or paramedic with at least 5 years’ experience

· Experience in delivering People Moving & Handling, BLS and Manual Handling

· AET (Award in Education Training) or equivalent teaching qualification

Payment

Freelance / self-employed - £200 per weekday, plus additional weekend rates
