You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide a compassionate, caring and safe environment for our patients.The Purbeck Ward team are known for their welcoming nature, they are enthusiastic and work incredibly hard to ensure that every patient receives the care they need and deserve.Purbeck Ward is a two times GOLD accredited trauma unit, specialising in acute Orthopaedic trauma and working within the wider scope of the Wessex trauma network. The fast paced and unpredictable nature of trauma nursing, in turn with its success in achieving good patient outcomes in a friendly, supportive ward environment are positives which we celebrate as a team.RoleTo excel in this role you don’t need to have years of experience, we are looking for values and passion as well as
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
  • Have an eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate documentation.
