The role is 21 hours a week

  • Elbury Moor - Fairfield Close, Worcester, WR4 9TX
  • Malvern health/prospect view medical centre WR14 2GP
  • BHI Parkside - Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 0AZ
  • Aylmer Lodge Surgery/ Hume Street - Hume St, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 6SF
