Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trusts Award winning Health Trainer service are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual who is passionate about helping / supporting people to become healthier and change their lifestyle within the East Riding of Yorkshire as a Health Trainer. The post advertised will be to working with our team in the Bridlington and Driffield area.

Health Trainers give one-to-one and group support, help people to overcome barriers to improve their lifestyle and provide on-going encouragement and motivation.

Experience in working in health promotion is desirable and an understanding of a variety of areas including but not exclusive smoking, healthy eating, weight loss, physical activity, sexual health, oral health, emotional wellbeing and substance misuse.

The post holder must be flexible to work daytime and evenings, including weekends. You must also be required to commute across the geographical boundaries of East Yorkshire.
