We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working and compassionate individuals to work on one of our inpatient older adult wards.Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Our wards consist of people of any age who has a Dementia diagnosis or Adults over 65years with mental health illness.The post requires an individual with good communication skills who has the ability to work within a team under the guidance of the ward leadership team.Delivering compassionate, holistic care is imperative within the role.Being able to positively engage with patients and their carers is essential.
