Pinnacle Training Associates Limited are an exciting and expanding training company. We are now recruiting for a Health and Social Care Trainer to join our established team. This is an opportunity for you to join a dedicated team as a full time or part time trainer on a permanent basis delivering high quality health and social care training across the South/South East Salary will be £27,500 - £32,000 pro rata.

The role will require delivering on site training to residential care and home care companies across the South/South East. Therefore, travel will be an expectation of the position, so a full driving licence and being comfortable with travel and overnight stays is a must. Any accommodation needed will be booked and paid for by Pinnacle and a fuel card will be available for any fuel required.

The Trainer:

You will be competent to deliver a range of courses including:

  • Basic First Aid
  • Emergency First Aid at Work One Day Course
  • Moving and Handling
  • Safe Handling of Medication
  • Dementia
  • Learning Disability
  • Epilepsy
  • Infection Control
  • Equality and Diversity
  • Fire Safety
  • Health & Safety
  • Food Hygiene
  • Mental Caps & Dols
  • Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA)

Experience of training and full knowledge of each course is essential
