Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coleshill for a Health and Safety Advisor. As the Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for monitoring, developing and implementing health and safety procedures within the organization. You will also investigate accidents and incidents and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, policies and procedures
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and developing proactive solutions to health and safety issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
  • Membership of an industry-recognized professional body such as IOSH
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is preferred
