The Trustees of The Pilgrim Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint an effective and dynamic Headteacher with a clear Christian vision for success; someone who will embrace and build on the many strengths of the school in order to continue the journey towards the outstanding status that it deserves.

St Margaret’s at Troy Town Church of England Primary School with Nursery is a popular, over-subscribed school with an excellent reputation in its local community. Staff are dedicated, highly skilled and are passionate about the children in their care and the pupils in return behave extremely well, developing a love of learning in their child-centred environment.

The Trustees and Local Governors are extremely invested in the school and are highly strategic in their role, ensuring that a newly appointed Headteacher will be greatly supported. As part of a small respected Church Trust, there are many opportunities to collaborate and work as part of a team where your contributions are valued and you can continually evolve your own practice.
