Job Description

Creation new school, assist with operation and teaching management
Teaching Management: Curriculum development、syllabus design、teaching plan, Ensuring lesson plans met the correct criteria from the teachers
Teacher Management: Interviewing potential new teachers, training and mentoring setup, Building and leading a motivated and passionate workforce, Management of foreign teachers
Student Management: Assist with Student recruitment, Class Observation
Administrative Management: Attending stakeholder meetings; Daily affairs management, development and implementation of a code of conduct within the school, policy creation; Ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations
Ambassador of the school
Relevant duties as a High school Teacher: A level or AP or IB program or ESL depends
