About The Role

As a result of the huge success of Voxburner’s first physical in over a year we are looking for a Head of Sales to join us. Responsibilities include:
  • Establish and maintain processes to ensure best practices in lead management, sales and client optimisations
  • Optimisation of systems architecture including Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, Sales Navigator
  • Manage pipelines and select client client management
  • Establish ways to motivate the current team
  • Helping to grow the team
  • Responsible for teams performance and KPI’s
About You

Requirements

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within events
  • Experience in managing a team and being responsible for their KPI’s
  • Change management implementation
  • Enterprise level selling
  • Experience using salesforce
