The Opportunity

PropertyCare is the heart and soul of GCH and plays a huge role in the success of the organisation.

We’re looking out for our next leader, responsible for heading up our PropertyCare Repairs and Maintenance service. You’ll lead your team and work with key stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team peers to promote a positive and inclusive culture that enables seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience that is felt by our customers.

You’ll play a key role in the strategic direction of our PropertyCare Repairs service, sharing your vision, passion and purpose as the team enters a crucial period in its journey. This is a real opportunity to put your vision into practice across our services, making a real difference to the lives of those in our communities.

  You’ll need to hit the ground running and be ready to get stuck in and achieve impact from day one. there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference and shape the way we do things from the word go.?
