About The Role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Performance Controlling to join our finance team in Camberley. This full-time performance-controlling role offers an excellent salary and benefits, along with the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

As a Head of Performance Controlling, you will oversee, as a trusted partner to the Finance Director, the future viability and profitable growth of our businesses in GB&I, compelling overarching improvements. You will also be responsible for budget planning, monthly forecasting, controlling, and monitoring the P&L and Balance Sheet in the GB&I zone.

In this Head of Performance Controlling role, we expect you to:

  • Monthly prepare performance reviews, including close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact on all finance-related topics in GB&I
  • Provide analytical reports and high-level messages to support informed business decision-making, including non-financial KPIs summarised in a monthly update
  • Take on overall ownership for all controlling, planning, and reporting of operating expenses and employees, including reviews of critical investments and expenditures
  • Manage the implementation of state of the art controlling and reporting processes including the development of Dashboards together with the GB&I Finance Digitalization Team executing on our digital vision
  • Oversee business improvements across the businesses supporting the GB&I Leadership team, including the ownership of the productivity controlling in GB&I

To succeed in this performance-controlling job, you must be self-motivated with a growth and change mindset. You must also be customer-dedicated and focused on adding value and finding innovative solutions on your own initiative. In addition, you will require the following:

  • Successful completion of economics/business administration university studies with significant finance/business administration experience and proven experience in a management role
  • Goals and results driven with a passion for digitalisation in finance
  • Excellent business acumen in relevant financial processes, value flows and analytical skills
  • Executive presence and excellent communication and reasoning skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional stakeholders proactively and effectively
  • Outstanding people management ability to coach, develop and motivate staff
