Are you an experienced Head of Operations/ Operations Director looking for a new opportunity?

We are actively recruiting for a Head Of Operations - Aerospace, for our industry leading client in Bradford, who specialise in complex electronic communications.

The Head Of Operations - Aerospace, based in Bradford, will be responsible for the overall management of the Operations functions within the business, this includes: Material Planning, Manufacturing, Support Facilities and Business Planning.

Other responsibilities include Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), Direct management of Operational supervisory & Management functions,

Creating a culture of continuous improvement & supporting CI initiatives and Risk & opportunity management.

The ideal Head Of Operations - Aerospace, based in Bradford, will have experience which includes:

Proven senior operations leadership experience and strong knowledge of change management and business risk management.

Experience of the following would be ideal: P&L experience, Continuous improvement implementation, experience of developing and setting strategic direction.

This is a fantastic job opportunity where you will play a key role in the strategic functions and delivery of the Operations division.
