Elevation Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a leading Yorkshire business that have a fantastic consumer brand and various commercial capabilities / revenue streams and now seek a Head of Marketing to lead their team.

Working with the board of directors, SMT and wider marketing team, this is a great role for a senior marketing professional. The role has a fantastic blend of commercial and creativity for this brand.

Key Responsibilities will include:

*Develop effective and creative marketing and communication strategies that are innovative, support growth and ensure optimum ROI for all marketing spend
*Responsible for the delivery and budgeting for all aspects of the marketing team
*Build and deliver branded marketing campaigns mixing traditional and digital media
*Consider new and innovative campaigns that push boundaries, create conversations and take our client to a new level of marketing creativity
*Working with other members of the Senior Management Team to identify and drive business revenue opportunities and raise the profile of the business both in the UK and Internationally
*Research new online media opportunities that may benefit across mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums, Tiktok, Netflix, Instagram etc.
*Identifying and engaging with industry influencers, affiliates, collaborations, sponsorships etc, for potential partnership opportunities
*This role will be based in Yorkshire and due to the nature of the role and importance of cross functional communications, we will require you to be in the office (Working from home is available but as ad hoc rather than fixed number of days at home)

Skills and Experience:

*Experience of operating as a Senior Marketing professional with stakeholder management experience in a consumer facing business i.e. retail, hospitality, consumer goods, leisure etc.
*Significant experience leading a marketing function; with accountability for all marketing matters; budgeting and people development.
*Experience of managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders, a good influencer with high levels of emotional intelligence
*Multi-Channel Marketing Capabilities - able to deliver diverse campaigns to impact change and drive success across all marketing channels.
*Highly creative and numerate with proven ability to leverage analytics to inform and influence decision-making
*Understanding of brand protection and the long-term value of a brand
