Head of Life Sciences Recruitment
£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus
London / WFH-blend

An opportunity to head up the life sciences division within a thriving, specialist recruitment business. Our client currently provides a range of recruitment services in mutually complementary sectors, adjacent to life sciences. They are seeking a credible individual to launch and lead their life sciences recruitment specialism.

You will be given full autonomy and investment to grow this division from the ground up - working closely with a dynamic senior leadership team. You will craft the strategy and will have full P&L responsibility for the life sciences business. A strong and flexible salary and rewards package will be put together based on your experience, including a lucrative LTIP element.

We are therefore seeking an experienced life sciences recruitment specialist. (However, we can be flexible on which sub sector of life sciences you may have operated in. Likewise, whether or not you have recruited into Europe or the US or the UK previously - is not a dealbreaker for this position).
