Business Development Director - RPO/MSP Solutions
£110,000 - £130,000 + excellent bonus & benefits
Flexible base location / WFH-blend

High profile, leadership level opportunity for a seasoned expert within RPO / MSP and staffing solutions. In this key role you will lead the go-to market strategy for the provision of outsourced recruitment solutions, within a large recruitment business.

A strong financial package is on offer for this role. Including a substantial base salary plus excellent bonus and further benefits. You will operate with an international senior leadership team, in a highly autonomous role with the freedom to grow a substantial operation underneath you.

Please note that in-depth experience of selling MSP and RPO solutions is essential for this position. We are seeking a seasoned and credible business development professional, with a track record in securing large scale, complex managed service and RPO recruitment deals. If you do not have a background within recruitment staffing, unfortunately we will not be able to consider your application.
