Rare opportunity for a Head Of Legal & Commercial / Residential Property Lawyer, to join a highly regarded Group of Practices based in Lake District.

Head Of Legal & Commercial Role

You will be joining a well-established team undertaking a broad range of complex commercial and residential development matters, site acquisitions, funding arrangements and more, acting for renowned clients across the North West region and UK.

Joining The Firm At a Senior Level, You Will Be Working Closely With The Team / Law Practice, Being Involved At a Strategic Level Across The Commercial Property Department, Liaising With The Management Board And Further Operating At Senior Level, Specializing In Areas Of
  • Residential sale and purchases.
  • Commercial sale and acquisitions.
  • Investment purchases.
  • Auction purchases, new build and off plan development purchase and sales.
  • Re-mortgage and equity release schemes.
  • Leasehold enfranchisement.
  • Tenancy agreements and other landlord matters.
  • Assignment of Leases
  • Lease Surrenders
  • Charges/Re-Mortgages
  • Residential Estate Development
  • Buying and Selling Businesses
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Partnership deeds
  • Landlord and Tenant issues
  • Recovering possession of property (residential and commercial)
  • Contract disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Residential Conveyancing.
  • Further Advance and Additional Borrowing.
Must have minimum 5 years + previous experience in Commercial Property and Commercial Landlord and Tenant experience.
