Your Role:
  • Continue to develop the Trust’s digital strategy, aligning it with our vision and values.
  • Act as a professional lead for digital briefing and commissioning within the New Hospital Programme.
  • Foster a digital culture that encourages creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Lead digital change and transformation with a strong focus on service improvements.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of digital initiatives with business needs.

The Head of I.T. Digital Innovation will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Trust’s digital strategy, with a focus on the continuous review and alignment of digital projects throughout large scale change initiatives at the Trust. The post-holder will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining the digital culture and behaviour that supports innovative and creative thinking and align this to the priorities within the Trust’s overarching vision, values, and corporate strategy.

The Head of I.T Digital Innovation will be an expert in leading successful digital change and transformation, with evidenced experience in service improvements through complex strategic programmes. In particular, the post holder will act as the professional lead for the briefing and commissioning of the digital agenda within the New Hospital Programme, supporting the digital and informational elements of the programme Business Case Process.
