What will you be doing?

  • Build the identity of a National Industrial Site Services team, maximising growth, competitiveness, value and efficiency in all aspects of it’s design and development. Transform ways of working, processes and the culture of the team to ensure optimum growth and success.
  • Help the National Services Director in implementing and leading the medium and long term strategy for National Services, ensuring buy in from key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deliver solutions efficiently and profitably to all internal and external clients within the area.
  • Meet the long term growth plan and expectations of the business

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced leader & manager of specialist, preferably in an industrial services setting.
  • Substantial experience of working in regulated industries and environments; delivering class-leading safety performance.
  • Seasoned leader with demonstrable track-record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Solution focussed and creative, with the ability to develop and implement strategy and embed into a business.
  • Capability to build relationships and influence at senior leadership level, both internally at Veolia and with Clients.
  • Ability to successfully manage a P&L.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work in, and break-down, ambiguity into actionable items.
  • Experienced in cultural change
  • An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
