Head of Group FP&A- £90,000-£100,000 + Bonus & Benefits- Blackburn (On-Site)- Permanent- ACA/ACCA/CIMA
IN2 Consult is partnering with a market leading, multi-billion revenue blue-chip client on the recruitment of a Head of FP&A to join their growing
accounting and finance function. Candidates will have the opportunity to work within an internationally recognisable brand and take ownership of driving change and process improvements as well as partnering with C-Suite level executives and the continuous build out of the FP&A Function.
The Key Duties of this Head of Group FP&A Role include:
- Lead the Group FP&A function including driving implementations, process improvements and transformations projects
- Be a key business partner to the board, investors and other C-Suite Level stakeholders
- Oversee and develop the groups FP&A processes
- Drive the budgeting, forecasting and modelling processes
- Be a strong people leader for the team
- Take ownership of the continual development of FP&A processes and systems
- Ad-Hoc Duties
The desired candidate for this Head of Group FP&A role should have the following experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Fully Qualified
- Proven track record of overseeing an FP&A function
- Ability to easily build relationships, partner with senior level stakeholders and provide guidance to aid with key decision making
- Experience of working with a large, complex and fast paced organisation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of driving change, transformations and implementations
