As Head of Estates, you will be an integral part of the NCG and college Estates Team.

In this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of an Estates strategic plan and be practised in delivery of excellent services to a large and complex organisation. You will have a track record of leading change and performance improvement across the full range of estates options and will have proven experience of motivating and developing in-house teams. In addition, you will have experience of successfully managing the direct delivery of facilities management and associated contracts delivered by external partners and providers.

The post holder will need to be a highly competent team leader, proactive manager and effective decision maker; preferably educated at degree level or equivalent; have experience as a senior manager operating at a strategic level and have an extensive knowledge of the property industry. It is essential that the successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a diverse range of stakeholders across a large, complex organisation.
